I been very close to shutting down the site with an “under construction” or “back soon” note tonight. The actual design and shown work online here doesn’t really represent my current output. But as I am really busy with all my other projects I thought it would be a better idea to leave the site running and to try to update it bit by bit. Barcelona was great but I am happy to be back at the NoMoreSleep headquarters in Berlin/Torstrasse again. Currently finishing work for Universal Music (Urban and Pop), VIAUX, Ecko Unlimited, Ingo Robin and BREAD & butter. Check back for more info here and at NoMoreSleep.

With the BREAD & butter Barcelona only one week ahead I can now say that the redesign for the website is fully finished and final goals are reached.
The site comes with big flash movies in the header to assure virtual and emotional support for the real tradeshow. We stripped down the whole design to access important information fast and easily. An RSS feed is available now, locations are instantly displayed with the google api in the flash header, you can book your flight, hotel or rental car via the online booking tool provided by american express and the brand bible online section has been redesigned.

Really looking forward to the upcoming BREAD AND BUTTER BARCELONA. If you are also there come to the SPORT & STREET area on Wednesday when I will be playing some of my favourite tunes with Alex and Jeff Staple.

You might wonder what it’s all about with NoMoreSleep™. So I tell you. Torsten and me saw the special need to come up with something fitting our output. So we introduced NoMoreSleep as creative conglomerate for our combined projects in march. We also found ourselves a nice headquarter in the heart of Mitte - Torstr. 201 that is. And since march the client list grew and the team got bigger. We are now six people working hand in hand for print and web solutions.

We (NoMoreSleep™) just finished the website for the very talented illustrator Julia Guther. Go have a look and enjoy the neet and nice graphics. I love her style.

My good friends F.L.O. and Chris are hosting another Inna Dubwise Sensation Party here in Berlin during the Carneval with a very nice lineup including my old friends Stingray Disco from Cologne and NINE from Brooklyn NYC.

GEIST is making the round. Really glad to see that is used for a lot of music I like.

Lately seen at NT89 and Al Haca. NT89 used GEIST KNT for their logo. Download their latest Remix of Justice’ D.A.N.C.E here. Check their myspace for more downloads.

Also seen the GEIST RND on Al Haca’s myspace profile and Alex of Sick Girls told me Al Haca used the font for their cover of their next album. I am excited to see that.

Again for 15th floor club Berlin. This time I created an new font. Always wanted to have one with nice round shapes combined with some bling.
Note to myself: Should get all recently made fonts ready as TTF and for download.

Nikita from Russia made a Remix of the GEIST font which is available for free here, still. The font is called Nobox and as Nikita is from Russia, he also made a cyrillic version of it as you can see below. Love it. Make sure to check out his very nice Flash Portfolio.

Did the flyer, poster, tickets, cd cover, …. for the current liveDEMO party happening on april 27th. Nice to see that much colour throughout my city. Make sure to go there as the Sugarhill Gang and Emanon are playing.

Once again the marvellous Sick Girls are holding a Revolution Nº5 party and I was blessed to help them with the flyer. The lineup is big. Goldielocks from London ‘longside the Coconut Twins. But I can’t attend this rave as I will be in London that weekend.

100 pages hardcover book (20cm x 20 cm closed format) for the Air Force 1 XXV anniversary celebration which happened Mid January in Berlin. Basically it is the celebration party in photos. 1000 pieces were printed and sent out to exclusive clients and friends of Nike.

Torsten and me [NoMoreSleep™] were responsible for the Art Direction and Layout.

The last three months have been very exciting for me and I had the chance to meet up with a lot of interesting people and to catch up with old ones.

Right now I am still in New York. I was supposed to leave Friday but because of Blizzards all flights leaving New York got cancelled. I might leave back to Berlin on Monday.
